According to Realestate.com.au, Will and Karlie paid $707,500 for the home in late 2017, but a new price guide has not been provided ahead of its May 8 auction.

Will and Karlie have spent many years renovating the once-drab home, fondly named ‘Hazel’ by the pair, to become the chic, modern, family-friendly abode it is now.

The high school sweethearts installed a fully-landscaped garden and pool during the renovations, and upgraded the carpeted interior to stunning timber floors.

Will, an electrician and Karlie, a quantity surveyor, also gave the house elegance with a modern kitchen and stylish bathrooms.

The property flippers have already moved into a new property in Moorooka, telling followers it was an ‘off market opportunity’ they simply couldn’t pass up.

‘People asked why did we move from Hazel and tbh we weren’t actively looking for a new home. We stumbled across this off market opportunity and fell in love with the house immediately. We just couldn’t say no and ended up buying this house during the busiest time of our lives,’ they began captioning a post in March.

‘We will be sad to see Hazel go as that was Indigo’s first home, but we are excited to create so many more memories in our new home.

‘Stay tuned. we aren’t done renovating yet!!’ they concluded the post.
