Home and Away’s Ada Nicodemou reveals her bikini body secrets as she prepares for Channel Seven’s reboot of Dancing with the Stars

She’s been strutting her stuff in bikinis on the set of Home and Away for years, and now Ada Nicodemou has revealed exactly how she keeps her body so svelte.

The actress, 43, told Who magazine that she considers exercise a form of self-care as she balances her busy career with raising her eight-year-old son, Johnas.

‘I make sure that my exercise is a priority – that means I’m a priority, too,’ she said.

‘Once I get my weekly schedule from work, the first thing I do is map out when I’ll exercise. I will write this into my diary and basically set a date with myself,’ she added.

‘My workouts are time for myself, so they’re very important to me and always have been.’

Ada tries to get to bed early so she’s up at 4.30am for a 30-minute training session before work.

She likes to exercise three to four times a week, and her regimen includes a combination of weight training, cardio, boxing, Pilates and walks, plus a few sessions with a personal trainer.
