Teresa Giudice has finally found a buyer for the New Jersey mansion she once lived in with her ex-husband Joe.

The pair spent years on the sprawling estate bringing up their four daughters – Gia, 20, Gabriella, 17, Milania, 15, and Audriana, 12.

Two months after Teresa slashed the asking price to $2.25 million she has now found someone to purchase the place, the New York Post reports.

A source claimed the Real Housewives Of New Jersey star, who renovated the house last year, got an offer this Monday but months may elapse before escrow closes.

Teresa and Joe completed construction on the property in 2008 and it has been prominently featured on The Real Housewives Of New Jersey.

They paid $530,000 for the 3.7 acre lot way back in 2002, seven years before she began starring on The Real Housewives Of New Jersey.

Evidently it took them six years to build their 10,044 square foot manor which has six bedrooms and five and a half bathrooms.

They reportedly first listed the home in September 2014 six months after they pleaded guilty to the fraud charges that ultimately landed them in jail.

Their original asking price was nearly $5 million according to Realtor.com and they marked it down twice over the following few months but it did not sell.

At the time they were charging $3,999,000 – but two months later she relented and knocked half a million off the asking price.

According to Realtor.com they slashed off another half a million on January 6, 2015, one day after she began her prison sentence.

Teresa and Joe were allowed to serve their jail sentences back-to-back so that one parent at a time would be at home with their daughters.

After that it appeared possible that she had decided to keep the house as she did not list it again until September of last year, asking $2.5 million.
