Teddi Mellencamp was spotted going out for a jog with a friend in Los Angeles on Friday afternoon.

The Real Housewives Of Beverly Hills alum appeared to be making the most of the sunny weather as she pounded the pavement in an effort to keep herself fit. 

The 39-year-old reality television personality has been focusing on her accountability coaching company, ALL IN by Teddi, for the past few months and tagged the brand’s account in a video from her jog.

Mellencamp was dressed in a black crewneck sweater that featured grey lining around her neck and waistlines, as well as near around her wrists.

She complemented her top with a set of leggings that featured a patterned top front portion, as well as a large black part that reached around the top of her thighs and small white bottoms.

The reality television personality also wore a pair of dual-tone New Balance running shoes during her shared outing.

Mellencamp’s lengthy blonde hair was tied back in a long ponytail; the top of her head was covered by a white cap.

The Instagram personality wore a sizable facial covering to keep herself safe while stepping out with her friend.

During her jog, Mellencamp posted a quick video to her Instagram Story showing her running up a steadily inclining hill while Sia’s track Unstoppable played in the background.

The former Real Housewife also tagged the Instagram account for her accountability coaching company, ALL IN by Teddi.

The reality television star began promoting her company during her time on the Bravo show; she was a cast member from seasons eight through ten.  

Mellencamp’s idea sprang from when she started a separate Instagram account to showcase her workout routines and healthy recipes.

Over time, many of her followers began to ask her for tips and tricks about how to keep themselves fit, and she quickly turned her idea into a full-on brand.

During an interview with E! Online, Mellencamp spoke about how she wanted to keep her business rooted in the principles that she stuck to when founding the company. 

Specifically, the reality television personality said that she wanted ALL IN by Teddi ‘to be able to keep growing, but I have to do it organically…I don’t believe in not practicing what you preach.’ 

The former Real Housewives cast member also expressed that she was not trying to force her practices on anyone and that she only wanted to help those willing to make an effort themselves. 

‘I would never say to…any person in general you should join my program, you should do my program because that has to be something you want to do,’ she said.
