Adorable animal best friends Odin the puppy and Mojo the baby brumby proved humans aren’t the only ones who can lead a horse to water.

The pair ventured out together on a farm at Lake Jindabyne Estate in Kalkite, New South Wales, on Monday.

Odin led 10-month-old foal Mojo for a walk around the estate, attempting to drag the young horse by tugging on a makeshift leash made of rope.

Gordon McCoullough captured the adorable footage, and said Odin was not afraid to pull the reins on young Mojo.

‘The brumby colt has only just come out of the wild and is still in the process of breaking in,’ he said.

Odin continued to pull Mojo along the gravel, but looked back to see the horse suddenly stop.

The puppy then excitedly jumped on the spot, encouraging the brumby to continue their walk along the farm.
