Amber Heard gets some fresh air as she enjoys a hike with girlfriend Bianca Butti in LA

The next stage of her ongoing legal battle with ex-husband Johnny Depp has been postponed by the courts until May next year.

So as she waits to be able to start filming on Aquaman 2 in February, Amber Heard appears to just be enjoying life in LA with girlfriend Bianca Butti.

The two were spotted heading back from a hike on Thursday with their dog and a couple of female pals.

Heard, 34, wore a black crop top and leggings along with a baggy white shirt which she buttoned up as she arrived back at the parking lot.

Her blonde hair was tied back into a bun and she wore a pink headband.

Butti, a cinematographer, also wore black, pairing a t-shirt with sweats, and added a stylish touch with a wide-brimmed pale gray hat. 

The couple have been linked romantically since early this year when they were spotted sharing a kiss in Palm Springs, California. 

At the start of this month, the Rum Diary star faced a painful anniversary.

On Friday October 2, she shared on Instagram: ‘Yesterday was my mom’s birthday. They say the first one is the hardest. I hope that’s true.. although nothing will ever lessen how much I miss her or will miss being able to tell her happy birthday.’

Alongside the emotional post, Heard added a photo showing herself and Butti consoling each other in front of a shrine to her late mom.

In May, Heard had shared the news of her mother’s passing, writing: ‘I am heartbroken and devastated beyond belief at the loss of my mom, Paige Heard.’
