‘Two baby Powells on the way!’ Pregnant Bindi Irwin’s brother-in-law Cameron is also expecting his first child with wife Kristin
Bindi Irwin and her husband, Chandler Powell, announced they were expecting a little bundle of joy earlier this month.
And now there is another reason for the couple to celebrate – as the wakeboarder’s brother Cameron Powell has revealed that his wife, Kristin, is also pregnant.
The news was confirmed by Chandler’s father, Chris, who wrote on Instagram: ‘Yep, not one, but two baby Powells on the way!’

Chris continued: ‘Our start to grandparenthood in 2021 just got even better. Can’t wait to meet these precious babies.’
Chandler’s uncle, who lives in Florida, also commented on the exciting news to Woman’s Day, saying: ‘We’re all really excited for them. It’s a great new season of life.’
Despite the happy news, the Powells are said to be frustrated at not being able to visit Chandler and pregnant Bindi in Australia due to the COVID-10 pandemic.
A source told US Weekly: ‘The Powell family is pretty torn up about the lockdown situation in Australia making it virtually impossible for any of the family to visit them [and] the baby when it comes, unless there’s a turnaround which seems unlikely.’

In a sweet snap shared to Instagram, 22-year-old Bindi wrote: ‘Baby Wildlife Warrior due 2021. Chandler and I are proud to announce that we’re expecting!
‘It’s an honour to share this special moment in our lives with you. Though I’m still in my first trimester, we really want you to be part of our journey from the beginning of this new life chapter.

The couple were married less than five months ago on March 25, in a makeshift ceremony at Australia Zoo.
