The Voice EXCLUSIVE: Mongolian throat singer Bukhu Ganburged’s powerful message to Guy Sebastian after the coach’s ‘unfair’ song choice led to his elimination

He’s the Mongolian throat singer who was eliminated during the Battle Rounds on Monday’s episode of The Voice Australia.

But Bukhu Ganburged hasn’t let the disappointment get him down, as he appeared to be in great spirits while visiting a local park in western Sydney on Tuesday.

The 35-year-old told Daily Mail Australia he was actually ‘relieved’ to have been sent home after losing his place in Team Guy following his duet with Johnny Manuel.

Moving on: Despite being eliminated on Monday’s episode of The Voice, Bukhu Ganburged appeared to be in great spirits while visiting a local park in western Sydney on Tuesday

‘I’m actually really happy with that ending, it’s a good experience,’ he said during his daily workout.

Bukhu said he disagreed with fans who claimed he’d been ‘stitched up’ by coach Guy Sebastian’s ‘unfair’ song choice, which ultimately sent him home.

‘I’m just so happy with my past, because I’ve already set up my music career and don’t really care about [The Voice],’ he added.

Tuesday’s sighting comes after Guy issued an apology for his heated clash with fellow mentor Kelly Rowland on Sunday’s episode of The Voice.

The pair had butted heads after Kelly accused the 39-year-old of selecting a song that favoured American singer Johnny over Bukhu.

Breaking his silence after the episode, Guy tweeted: ‘There is a lot that people don’t see on this show including mentoring and follow up phone calls with the artists.

‘I am disappointed that I didn’t just cop it on the chin and bring focus back to the artists.’
