Michelle Money took to Instagram on Monday to offer a new update on her 15-year-old daughter Brielle’s condition, revealing she’s improving after her horrifying skateboarding accident.

Brielle suffered multiple skull fractures last Sunday after falling off her skateboard without a helmet, and her 39-year-old mother has been by her side in the hospital ever since.

Money, who appeared on Season 15 of The Bachelor in 2011, revealed her daughter, ‘is doing well today’ in an Instagram post that included several photos and videos of Brielle in happier times.

‘Her numbers have been averaging around 16 with a few random spikes. She seems to be heading in the right directions where we will not need to take other measures to keep this pressure down!’ Money said.

‘Thank God! We are waiting to see that number get down into the single digits and stay there for a solid day before taking her off these meds keeping her sedated,’ Money added, before joking, ‘In typical Brie fashion, she is doing things her way!

The reality star added that she is ‘honoring that process as best as I can, adding, ‘We all miss her and wish we were goofing off together, but she needs to do what works for her and her body right now.’

‘I believe Brielle is healing not only her physical body, but her spirit as well. She has been through so much and experienced a lot of pain that I think she is sorting out right now, Money added.

The reality star, who also appeared on Season 2 of Bachelor Pad and the first season of Bachelor in Paradise, added that her daughter is an, ‘old soul.’

‘Going through adolescence and teenage years has been difficult for her spirit. I have watched her fight a hard battle with trying to navigate life as a teenager while feeling so deeply and and seeing things in an incredibly mature way,’ Money added.

‘She is incredibly sensitive to energy. The balance has been difficult. I do believe strongly that she wants to live her life here on earth and I trust that she will make that happen when its right for her,’ she added.

Money also said she herself is, ‘doing some soul searching and a lot of pondering and processing.

‘There is an amazing opportunity for us as a collective to take this much needed time to heal our own wounds. We owe it to ourselves but we also owe it to our children,’ she added.

She said that during all of our quarantines from the coronavirus, ‘maybe we can take some time to connect with our higher self and see the places in our life where we need to heal.’

‘Write the letter, make the phone call, have the hard conversation and do the work. The only way out is through. A lot of things are going to be changing for me,’ she added.

‘More compassion and forgiveness for others but most importantly, for myself. Mom guilt is so real and so painful. It causes us to make decisions based on fear. It is time to let that s**t go. It is causing more pain and anxiety than it is helping. I see that clearly. Let’s pray for healing on all levels for all of us,’ she concluded.

Money also took to her Instagram story on Monday evening, from her car, revealing that there were ‘three wins’ today.’

The first win was that Brielle was feeling better today, adding, ‘It might be just 5% progress, but it’s progress nonetheless.’

She added that the second win was about a ‘sweet little boy,’ who started wearing a helmet after hearing about Brielle’s story, and that helmet ultimately saved his life after getting into an accident himself.

‘I broke down in tears… it is so crazy to think that Brielle, and what she’s going through now, saved another child’s life,’ Money added.

Money added that the last win was that, ‘I’m definitely feeling much more stable and confident and secure in this process, and I think it’s definitely because I feel very strongly that she’s not gonna die.’
